Maserati Helps Methodist Girls’ School

.

WHAT do the Maserati GranSport and Methodist Girls’ School have in common? Well, nothing really, except they both can be abbreviated to MGS. Get it?

But seriously, Ferrari and Maserati importer Hong Seh Motors, Methodist Girls’ School and autoventure company Wheels For Fun, organised a unique Walk-Car-Thon event on July 17th to raise money for the MGS Building Fund.

Participants had a choice of either driving their car or going on foot to complete a fact-finding hunt around the island. A total of $50,000 was raised and with about 900 participants and attendees. Apart from the recently-launched Maserati GranSport on display, 67 cars took part. Attractive prizes such as a Whirlpool refrigerator, X-Box gaming console, food and shopping vouchers were given away at the end of the event.
