Chevrolet Optra5

Ferrari F430

Why it’s hot:
The latest edition to Ferrari’s range that replaces the entry-level 360 Modena, the F430 comes with plenty of Formula-One-inspired gadgetry to provide maximum driving pleasure.

Honda Integra

Why it’s hot:
Presently the only coupe in Honda’s stable, and it’s competitively priced. Its sporty chassis and sweet engine promise great deal of fun.

Why it’s hot:
Lamborghini’s flagship loses its top, and that makes it one of the most expensive and powerful roadsters in the world.

Nissan Latio

Latio Sport from $78,000 with COE
Why it’s hot:
Nissan’s Toyota Corolla Altis rival has finally been launched. It boasts of a fine chassis and
new 1.5-litre, and is priced competitively.

Opel Astra 1.6
Motorshow Price: $85,688 with COE
Why it’s hot:
Boasting better refinement and more practicality than its predecessor, the build quality of the new Astra is first-class, and there’s a long equipment list. A 2.0-litre turbo version is also available.

Peugeot 307CC
Motorshow Price: $134,900 with COE
Why it’s hot:
The second hardtop convertible from Peugeot, the 307CC has all the right design cues to make it an excellent image mobile. It’s powered by a 2.0-litre engine and it seats four comfortably, unlike the smaller 1.6-litre 206CC.

Porsche Boxster

Why it’s hot:
Noticeably improved over the last model, and one of the greatest driver’s cars ever, gets even better. Its practicality and quality have gone up a notch, too.

Why it’s hot:
The once popular Suzuki Swift is back after more than five years of absence. It’s bigger, more refined and better equipped than the old car, which makes it a potential top-seller.
