The Mini is the natural rival to the 500 due to the fact that it is also a retro-cult car. Though the One is the base model, it is anything but basic in the car with a high amount of standard equipment. It has all the driving and quality attributes expected from the brand.

Citroën C1 1.0 Sensodrive (A) $59,988 with COE
The C1 looks funky and unique. It’s designed primarily to be used as a city car, with a small, lively engine that is best used at speeds below 90km/h. Even though it is the smallest and cheapest Citroën, build quality is very high and it is the cheapest continental car by leaps and bounds.
