Kia Picanto 1.1 (A) $41,999 with COE
The Picanto is something of a favourite in the market, offering a pleasant package of quality, friskiness and cute looks. It’s not as well-equipped as the Viva though.

Proton Savvy 1.2 (A) $49,988 with COE
The Savvy is a sweet handler and has got a spacious interior. Its engine is slightly noisy though and the 5-speed semi-automatic transmission is not that quick in changing gears. Equipment count is not as good as that of the Viva’s.
