Porsche tops satisfaction survey
The German sports car brand clinches top spot in J.D Power survey for third time in a row

PORSCHE CUSTOMERS IN America seem to be the most satisfied bunch of car owners around going by the results released by J.D. Power.
The brand secured first place for the third time in a row in the brand ranking considerably ahead of the luxury Nissan brand, Inifiniti, and followed by Lexus, Mercedes-Benz and Toyota.
The 911 Carrera came out on top in the premium sporty car segment and was also voted the best car overall in the study. The Cayman was named second best in its class in the compact
premium sporty car segment - after the Mercedes-Benz CLK. Meanwhile, in the midsize premium multi-activity vehicle segment, the Cayenne SUV was awarded third place.
Porsche Asia Pacific managing director Christer Ekberg says this is a fantastic endorsement for Porsche for having come up tops for the third year running in the J.D Power opinion poll.

level of quality customer care and excellent after-sales service for our customers,” he said.
J.D. Power assesses the level of satisfaction among buyers of new cars during the first 90 days following delivery of the vehicles. On the basis of a catalog containing 228 criteria in total, customers are asked to give their impressions of quality and workmanship.
Established in 1968, J.D. Power is a global marketing information firm that conducts independent and unbiased surveys of customer satisfaction, product quality and buyer behaviour.
A total of 81,500 buyers of new cars were interviewed for this study.
