This mixture of the best of both worlds seems to have worked for Peugeot. While it has mixed in to the equation Germanic qualities such as solid build quality and a great engine, it has not lost its core characteristics that make the brand so distinctly French. And like the better fusion food dishes, the 308 is definitely a hit.
