THE MOTOR IMAGE Academy opened by local Subaru distributor Motor Image Enterprises has been certified by Fuji Heavy Industries (FHI) - manufacturer of Subaru vehicles - as the official training centre for the brand in the Asian region which includes Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia and China.

The facility is now known as the Motor Image Subaru Academy Training Centre and is located at the Subaru Hub in Toa Payoh. It is one of the three official training centres to be established outside Japan with the other two being located in China and Belgium. The main purpose of this training centre is to see Subaru technical, sales and service staff undergo training that complies with standards as set by FHI.
