New BMW showroom opens
Seven storey facility is specifically designed and built with the customer in mind

LOCAL BMW DISTRIBUTOR Performance Motors has opened a new showroom located at 303 Alexandra Road.
Built at a cost of over $60 million, the new facility with a floor area of over 352,000 square feet houses a sales and service centre. It will act as the benchmark for BMW dealerships around the region.
The showroom has interactive 3D presentations of the interior and exterior of the BMW range on large LCD screens. The service centre has a unique glass pathway where customers can drive and park their cars next to the customer service advisors’ workplace and walk less than five steps to receive consultation. There are also private delivery lounges where customers can collect their new cars.
Performance Motors managing director Simon Rock said that he would like to thank customers for their trust and loyalty.
“For the last three years, BMW has been the segment leader for premium cars in Singapore. The new facility at 303 Alexandra Road was designed and built around the customer. Every aspect of the building has been constructed to give the customer a seamless, exclusive experience from the moment they enter the premises to the time they leave. By having first class facilities in this new BMW benchmark centre, we aim to set the industry standard for customer care and service,” he said.
