An award-winning drivetrain, a chassis that feels built out of granite and stunning (if divisive) appearances. Frugal 15km/l fuel consumption proves efficiency and performance isn’t an oxymoron. Objectively quite pricey, though. Alfa Romeo GT Black Line 2.0 (A) $115,800 with COE The Alfa is the epitome of idiosyncratic Italian engineering with its slightly odd ergonomics and claustrophobic cabin. Handling also makes it more of a cruiser than a bruiser. But who cares, when it looks that good?
